Hindustani Bhau Aka Vikas Phatak verified Instagram handle with more than 3.4m followers has been removed due to the violation of Instagram’s Community guidelines.
Hindustani Bhau is the contestant of Big Boss Season 13. He makes videos that tend to be abusive but due to the context of those videos, they remain viral all the time. With millions of views on every video, recently Hindustani Bhau has uploaded a video that is urging for open-violence. The video has triggered the outrage as it asks people to take “action” against those who hurt the user’s religion.
On August 18, 2020 Comedian Kunal Kamra urges Mumbai Police to take strict action against Vikas Phatak who is urging hate speech against the constitution. In the viral video, Hindustani Bhau says, “System side mein, complaint side mein, ab inko marna hai bas.”
Kunal Kamra tweets “HM @AnilDeshmukhNCP & @MumbaiPolice, Calling for open violence is a crime. This is a mob building & hate spreading excercise. This is deeply alarming. Could lead to violence & an artist not getting due process. Remarks like “System side main” are an insult to our constitution…“
A large number of people have reported Hindustani Bhau’s Account due to this video and just in, Instagram has removed the account as it goes against their community guidelines. Instagram has given the verified account due to the nature of a “well known” and real person.
We have received an anonymous mail of the person who has received the notification from Instagram about the closure of the account after reporting it.
