Whatsapp group call to support up to 8 participants

Whatsapp latest beta update now supports up to 8 participants in both audio call & video call. The user will have to install 2.20.50.25 iOS beta update from TestFlight and 2.20.133 beta from Google Play and another participant should have to be on the same version otherwise the WhatsApp will show a notification that says “Several people are using an old version of WhatsApp.

To start calls with 8 proper, all participants need the latest beta version of WhatsApp”. By this, people can enjoy quality time with their larger group and connect with all of them(up to 7 others excluding them) at once.

To start a group WhatsApp call of up to 8 people go to the group and then go to the call tab. Now click on the call button on the top right corner of the screen and then choose up to 7 people which whom you want to do audio/video Conference if there are more than 8 people on the group WhatsApp will ask you to select the people with whom you want to call.

As seeing the current situation of the world this beta update is proven to be a relieve for many users as now they can talk with their whole family or more colleagues with a single group call.
