The most popular social media app Whatsapp has caused high battery drainage in Android 9 and 10 OS of Oneplus smartphones.
With whatsapp’s new update, which introduced version 2.19.308, the battery drainage has been detected. This disruption has been caught with limited usage of the app. The users are, therefore, distressed and reporting thier discomfort in various platforms like Reddit, Forums under Oneplus and on Google Play store. Even though every user using whatsapp on their OnePlus is not facing the same issue, a large number of OnePlus smartphones are under trouble due to this malfunctioning. This is outrageous that, Xiaomi users are reporting this problem too.
