Sony launched the Xperia 10, a mid-range phone few months back. The phone’s still not on sale globally. Xperia 10 features a 6” display, Snapdragon 630 SoC and dual camera. So, its rumored Sony is already working on Xperia 20. Many websites have predicted some designs for the new phone.

Websites and tipsters like PriceBaba and OnLeaks, have produced a CAD based design of Xperia 20. Also, a 360-video of the phone is released on YouTube (click here). Xperia 20 will differ much from its predecessor in build-quality and processor. The phone therefore may be powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC and with 4 or 6 GB RAM. It will have 64 GB or 128 GB internal storage. There is no report about external microSD support.

According to renders, it features a 6-inch display with 21:9 aspect ratio and a thick bezel display. It may feature a horizontal dual-camera system. As reported by Sumahoinfo, it will have two 12MP cameras on its rear, one primary and other wide-angle. It will have better battery than Xperia 10 which had 2870 mAh only. Xperia 20 is set to be released in the end of this year.
