What do we generally expect from a Samsung mid range phone? Nothing lol. But this time Samsung has raised the bar and has released a competitive phone, the Galaxy M20.
It is powered by Exynos 7904 Octa Core processor based on 14 nm architecture which is a power efficient chip paired with either 3 gb of RAM or 4 gb as per your choice.
It is available in two varients i.e 3gb Ram with 32 gb Storage and 4 gb Ram with 64 gb storage.
It has a dedicated micro SD card slot expandable upto 512 gb.
It has a 6.3 inches IPS LCD Display with resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio.
The back camera is of 13 MP, f/1.9, 1/2.8″, 1.12μm, PDAF
Secondary : 5 MP, f/2.2, 12mm (ultrawide), 1/6″, 1.12μm
And Front Camera is of 8 MP, f/2.0
It has Mali-G71 MP2 GPU and all sensors needed.
It also has a headphone jack with Dolby Atmos Sound and a dedicated secondary noise cancelling microphone.
It comes with 5000 mAh battery with 15 W fast charging.
It has a C-Type connector 1.0 version tho.
It runs on android 8.1 and samsung’s old UI
All these specs from a brand like Samsung usually costs a pretty penny right? But not this time. This phone starts at ₹ 10,990 only.
Overall, it’s a good phone and can be recommended but it does tend to overheat while intense gaming so it’s not recommended for Gamers.
Finally Samsung has realized that it needs to cut it’s pockets and provide better performance for low price increasing the competition.
Do you think Samsung will soon be the king of mid-range smartphones too? Leave a comment
