Ola At Top 4 Most Downloaded App Globally

The India Ridesharing App Ola grabbed the fourth position across the world most downloaded apps in October 2019. Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati founded ride-hailing app Ola is made into the list in October 2019 says the Sensor Tower the app Research firm.

Regarding Google Play Download, Ola Came into the third position. But in App Store Ola is not even in the tenth position. Relatively least Downloads in App Store which could in Overall 4th position.

The San Francisco Based Uber was the most downloaded app not only in Goole play store or App Store but also overall in October 2019. The south Asian Ride-Sharing app Grab comes into the Second position which mainly downloaded countries are Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Japan.

It is the First startup to earn with a valuation of over $10 billion in this region. Ola started in 2010 has now valuation over $6billion.The SoftBank majority stakes Ola is expanded across 170 Plus cities.

Ola owned Food delivery startup Foodpanda also filled out the top five most installed food in both Google Play Store and App Store and also worldwide delivery apps in October. In 2019 Ola created a new subsidiary called “Ola Electric Mobility” which includes electric vehicles, charging solutions, EV batteries.

Recently Ola has partnered with Microsoft to study Air pollution in Delhi. The project will begin next month and excepted to collect data within one year. This project is part of Ola City Sense, a program to provide intelligent data-based insights to cities.

Ola plans to hire more college students about one-third of its employees than last year. The firm has started a partnership with the college to set up workshops for students.
