ASUS ROG Phone 5, the successor of the ASUS ROG Phone 3, emerged in Geekbench’s database. It is speculated that the successor of ASUS ROG Phone 3 will be ASUS ROG Phone 5. The ROG Phone 5 has appeared with a model number ASUS_1005DA on Geekbench.
The listing reveals that the smartphone will feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC. The SoC was spotted with a codename of ‘Lahaina’ coupled with 16GB RAM. When it comes to software, the ROG Phone 5 can be seen running on Android 11. The Geekbench listing also reveals the single-cor and multi-core performance of the ROG Phone 5.

The ROG Phone 5 achieved 1125 in single-core and 3714 in multi-core respectively. Last year, The TENAA and 3C listings revealed that the smartphone will sport a massive 6.79-inch OLED display. Also, the smartphone will pack a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery. Also, the TENAA listing revealed the smartphone dimensions are 172.834 x 77.252 x 10.29mm.
The ROG Phone 5 will feature a secondary rear display for displaying notifications or some gaming-related information. According to 3C, the smartphone will support 65 Watt fast charging. However, the smartphone name is yet to be confirmed by the company.
