Starlink is a project on Satellite Internet Constellation, design by SpaceX for providing satellite internet access. It is now on the news 60 more Starlink internet satellites launch ahead of public beta. Its constellation consists of thousands of small-sized satellites. In this project, the satellites are mass-produced small satellites and being deployed Low Earth Orbit. This project began in 2015 and the first two prototype test-flight satellites launched in February 2018. The first set of deployment of satellites occurred in May 2019.

The company launched another batch of Starlink internet satellites consists of 60 satellites on Saturday dated 24/Nov/2020 at 11:31 am ETD. The launch took place from Cape Carnival Air Force Station, Florida. Previously, the launch scheduled for Thursday but due to some technical problems with the on-board camera, the launch gets postpone to Saturday.
The whole trajectory of the Launch demonstrated in the above figure. It is the 15th launch of Starlink satellites. From the date of the project announcement, Starlink has placed approximately 900 satellites in Lower Earth Orbit(LEO). The launch was done using Falcon 9, which is a two-stage booster. After 9-10 minutes of launch, stage one booster returns to Earth and lands on a SpaceX drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean. Its name is “Of Course I Still Love You”. It is one of the two ships for recovery vessels that catch falling boosters.
Moreover, After this launch, Elon Musk’s SpaceX agreed to provide high-speed internet in the Texas School district through its Starlink satellites. This launch will help Starlink to provide high-speed internet to Southern rural areas of the USA. more information here
