Xiaomi has teased leaks of Mi A3 just before the launch of Redmi K20. A3 is the successor of the Mi A series, praised for camera on a budget range. But according to sources, it is said to be global version of Xiaomi Mi CC9e. Mi CC9e was launched back in China earlier this year.
Previous leaks by MySmartPrice suggested, Mi A3 with Snapdragon 730 and A3 Lite with Snapdragon 665. And it is same as Mi CC9e’s specifications. PowerPlanetOnline also lists the phone with same specifications as Mi CC9e. In recent leaks by GSMArena, images of retail box of A3 was revealed. The retail box revealed some specifications of the phone.
Mi A3 will come with Snapdragon 665 SoC and 6.08” notched display. It comes with 48 MP primary camera, an ultra-wide sensor and depth sensor – triple camera setup at rear. For selfies it will have 32 MP front camera on a waterdrop-notch. And it will have 4030 mAh battery with 18W fast charging and in-display fingerprint sensor. It will come with the Android One programme and Android Pie out-of-box. Despite of no official announcements, Mi uploaded a tweet about hinting Mi A series to get better.
