Realme 5s Launched With 48MP Quad Camera Setup

Realme the sub-brand of Oppo has delivered consistently better price to performance ratio smartphones. Yesterday Realme launched an upgraded version of the Realme 5, the Realme 5s. As usual, it will be available on Flipkart and Realme.com, from 29 November.

The Realme 5s has two variants, the 4GB Ram = 64GB storage at Rs.9,999 and the 4GB Ram = 128GB storage variant at Rs.10,999. There will be three color choices – Crystal Blue, Crystal Red, and Crystal Purple. There will be launch offers will include benefits up to Rs.7,000

Specifications

The dual-SIM Realme 5s will run on Android Pie with ColosOS 6 out of the box. It has a 6.5 inches IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1600 and Gorilla Glass 3+. The processor is Qualcomm SD665 Octa-core at 2.0GHz. It has a Li-Po 5000mAh massive battery, a rear fingerprint sensor and all other sensors like-accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, gyroscope, and a compass. It weighs 198 grams and dimensions are 164.4 x 75.6 x 6.9mm. It comes with a 10W charger and has also got a headphone jack

Now getting to the cameras, it has got 5 in total. The front camera is 13MP f/2.0 lens which can shoot up to 1080p 30fps video with HDR and Time Lapse. There are four rear cameras. The primary sensor is the Samsung ISOCELL GM1 48MP with an aperture of f/1.8, It is paired with an 8MP f/2.25wide-angle lens, a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor, another 2MP f/2.4 Macro lens. The rear camera can shoot up to 2160p@30fps video with HDR, panorama and gyro-EIS features. It has also got Nightscape 2.0 for low-light shooting and can shoot slo-mo videos at 1080p 120fps max.

It has an 89% Screen-to-Body ratio and a Mini-Drop design and SD card support. Realme claims 718 hours of standby time and if you are into PUBG it can play for 8.5 hours as per the claims.
